Taylor Desmangles (she/her) is a strategist of creative content, social media manager, copywriter, and digital video producer.
Taylor centers her work around social justice issues, mental health advocacy, and the accessibility of wellness in Black communities. She has developed content as well as created + executed strategies for HBO Max, Google, National Immigration Law Center and more.
As the Senior Strategist of Creative Content + Social Media at The Soze Agency, she has led several social media campaigns including the Becoming America Fest--a 3-day virtual festival encouraging young people to vote, which featured conversations with Angela Davis + Yara Shahidi--and The People's Inauguration led by Valarie Kaur, featuring the voices of today's most prominent civic leaders.
Before Soze, Taylor worked as a writer, media journalist and social media manager for the Sacramento News + Review, The Mash Up, creative agency Lamont Digital and most recently, California Governor Gavin Newsom. She has always believed in the importance of mental health, especially within Black and Brown communities and for 2 years, dedicated her podcast Experience, Express, Exhale to having conversations that spanned those topics.
